A case of an American customer

This customer came from Alibaba inquiry. He needs to purchase linear slot diffusers for his new home. But he doesn’t know much about ventilation system and he want us to give him a recommendation. I did deep research of his original construction drawings, and found that he cares about the looking of the diffuser. So, I give him a plan that give consideration to looking and performance. The client appreciates my work a lot.
